Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior UI / UX Designer with a strong design foundation, proven experience on large-scale digital platforms, and a clear sense of responsibility for design quality.
This role is for designers who can own interface quality end to end — from structure and consistency to visual refinement and usability — and who are comfortable working on complex, long-lived products where clarity, scalability, and discipline matter more than trends.
Role Details
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of high-quality web and mobile interfaces
- Translate requirements into clear UX flows, wireframes, and final UI designs
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across large and complex platforms
- Own and evolve design systems and reusable UI components
- Work closely with project managers and frontend developers throughout delivery
- Review implemented work and actively protect design quality
- Set and uphold design standards across projects
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience as a UI / UX Designer on complex digital products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise-scale web and mobile design
- Excellent command of layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and interaction design
- Ability to justify design decisions clearly and confidently
- Experience working in structured delivery environments with clear processes
Must Have
- Senior-level ownership mindset — design quality is your responsibility
- Proven experience designing for enterprise-scale platforms
- Strong mastery of responsive and adaptive design patterns
- Experience designing CMS-driven, content-heavy websites
- Ability to maintain consistency across large systems and long timelines
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining design systems
- High attention to detail and zero tolerance for visual or UX debt
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience designing multilingual or international platforms
- Exposure to usability testing and data-informed design decisions
