Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can lead complex digital projects end to end, with a strong focus on quality, structure, and predictable delivery.
You will manage large-scale websites and mobile applications where CMS usage, integrations, performance, SEO, security, and long-term maintainability are core project concerns — not edge cases.
This role requires ownership, technical awareness, and the ability to manage both clients and internal teams with confidence.
Role Details
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile projects
- Plan, structure, and track projects with clear scopes, timelines, and milestones
- Act as the main communication bridge between clients and internal teams
- Ensure high quality standards across design, development, performance, SEO, and security
- Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and scope changes proactively
- Coordinate closely with design, frontend, backend, and QA stakeholders
- Review deliverables against requirements, quality benchmarks, and acceptance criteria
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and documentation

- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on digital projects
- Strong background in website and mobile application delivery
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured project plans
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with distributed and cross-functional teams
Must Have
- Hands-on experience managing CMS-based projects (headless or traditional)
- Strong understanding of CMS-driven workflows, content modeling, and editorial processes
- Quality-first mindset — delivery quality is non-negotiable
- Ability to manage projects where performance, SEO, security, and maintainability are critical
- Strong documentation discipline (requirements, scopes, decisions, timelines)
- Confidence in managing scope, dependencies, and change requests
- High sense of ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes
Nice to Have
- Technical understanding of frontend and backend architectures
- Technical understanding of hosting and deployment topologies (cloud, on-prem, hybrid)
- Familiarity with API integrations (REST, authentication flows, third-party services)
- Awareness of CI/CD processes and release workflows
- Experience working with ASP.NET-backed systems
- Exposure to QA, testing strategies, and release management
