Frontend Developer
Location Remote work
Experience 3+ years
Hours Full time, 8-hour work day
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Frontend Developer who takes full ownership of frontend quality — not just how things look, but how they work, scale, perform, and age over time.
You will build and maintain large-scale, CMS-driven websites and applications where code quality, design precision, performance, SEO, security, and long-term maintainability are all critical requirements. This role is for someone who understands that frontend development is a core engineering discipline, not just UI implementation.
You’ll work closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver production-grade frontend solutions that are built to last.
Role Details
What You’ll Do
- Build fast, reliable, and maintainable web interfaces
- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, production-ready frontend code
- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product owners
- Ensure excellent performance, SEO, and accessibility across all projects
- Implement frontend solutions that support server-side rendering and indexable content
- Contribute to architectural decisions and frontend standards
- Review code and actively raise the overall engineering quality
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Solid knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
- Experience with component-based architecture
- Proven ability to build SEO-friendly and fast-loading web applications
- Strong understanding of web performance fundamentals (Core Web Vitals, rendering strategies, bundle optimization)
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows
- High attention to detail and care for UI/UX quality
Must Have
- Performance and SEO are core engineering concerns, not afterthoughts
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) or hybrid rendering approaches
- Ability to reason about rendering behavior, indexing, and crawlability
- Habit of measuring, validating, and improving frontend quality
- Exposure to ASP.NET-backed systems or CMS-driven architectures
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with design systems
- Knowledge of frontend testing tools (Jest, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
What We Offer
- Fully remote working environment
- A collaborative, low-ego engineering culture
- Real ownership over technical decisions
- Opportunity to work on meaningful, production-grade products
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Continuous learning and professional growth
